The problem was only occurring on this computer; however, deactivating the multiple installations did not work as it just kept asking to activate it over and over again until I reached the maximum five installations.
There was also only one installation on the actual computer. Running the applications as you suggested did not work either. When I tried to uninstall Office I received an error. I then found a Microsoft uninstall program for Office via searching this website which was able to uninstall.
After reinstalling and activating my problem has not reoccurred. Threats include any threat of suicide, violence, or harm to another. The presence of these preloaded apps don't prevent the install of other versions of Office but, they do cause a bunch of weird behaviors like preventing Outlook from managing signatures flag Report.
